Why it's worth your time

What seeing it on your own business actually changes

Right now, B2B ecommerce is an abstraction — feature lists, vendor decks, demos built on someone else's data. It's almost impossible to judge what truly fits you. A demo built on your business turns that abstraction into something you can touch, test, question and benchmark.

From abstract to real

"B2B pricing," "quick order" and "quoting" are just words until you see them run on your own products. Click through quick order, customer-specific pricing and an advanced quote workflow with your catalog in front of you — and judge it for real, not from a slide.

A benchmark to compare every vendor

Once you've experienced what's possible on your own data, you have a concrete reference point. Every other platform, proposal and sales pitch can be measured against something real — instead of competing marketing claims you can't verify.

The room for the hard questions

This isn't a pitch. It's where the questions that actually decide a project get answered: How would it sync with our ERP? What happens to our 40,000 SKUs? Can it handle our contract pricing? What would a real implementation involve? Straight answers from people who've built it.

De-risk the call, and align your team

Surface the dealbreakers now, cheaply, before you commit a budget. Then take the working reference, the recording, screenshots and documentation back to your boss, your committee and finance — the ammunition to build internal consensus without re-pitching the vision.

An hour now is the cheapest way to avoid the wrong platform later.

Illustrative examples

No magic button

This isn't a sandbox trial. It's an engineered build, by people.

When you submit your brief, a Synolia team picks up your catalog, stands up a real B2B platform, models your pricing logic and prepares live scenarios with your products in them. That takes engineers and a few days. We do it because the only honest way to judge a platform is to watch it run on your business.

How it works

Three steps. About 10 minutes of your time.

1

Pick your demo slot

Choose a live walkthrough date, at least a week out, so our team has time to build it properly. A real appointment with a real expert.

2

Brief us on your business

A short guided form: catalog and brand, how your pricing works, your customer types, your current systems, and what you're trying to solve.

3

We build it, then show you

Our team builds your personalized demo. On your date, we walk you through it live, answer everything, and hand over the assets.

What you walk away with

Configured around your answers, so what you see maps to how you actually sell — and you keep everything.

Your products in a real catalog — extracted from your files or links, structured the way a B2B platform expects.
Your pricing logic — customer lists, volume breaks, contract pricing or quotes, shown the way your business runs.
Your customer scenarios — how an SMB, a large account or a distributor each log in and buy.
A recording of the live walkthrough — yours to replay and use to brainstorm and align your team internally, long after the call.
A screenshot pack & build documentation — what we built, how it's structured and the decisions behind it, so you have something concrete to circulate and iterate on.
A straight answer on fit — which platform suits you, rough budget and timeline, and what to watch out for.

"A slide deck can't tell you whether a platform fits your pricing or your catalog. So instead of telling you, we show you — your own store, running, with your products in it. Then you decide what to do next, if anything. You keep the recording and the docs either way."

A fair deal, both ways

We commit real engineering hours to build something genuinely yours. In return we ask two things: enough detail to build it well, and that you show up to the walkthrough you booked.

// what we promise

Real value, no strings

A personalized demo built by our team and an honest live walkthrough. You keep the recording, a screenshot pack and the build documentation. Zero obligation to buy anything, ever.

// what we ask

Meet us halfway

The details we need to build it, submitted at least 3 business days before your slot — and that you attend the demo you booked.

Questions you're probably asking

Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes, free. The honest catch: we hope that once you see what's possible on your own business, some of you will want to talk about a real project. Most won't, and that's fine. No obligation, no pressure.

Do I have to share my real prices?

No. We never ask for actual prices — only the structure of your pricing (customer lists, volume breaks, quotes…) so the demo behaves like your business. You pick from common models in the form.

What about my data and my catalog?

Whatever you share is used only to build your demo, stored securely, never shared, and deleted within 30 days of your walkthrough. Ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

What do I actually keep afterward?

The recording of the live walkthrough, a screenshot pack of the build, and documentation of what we built and how. Concrete material you can take into internal meetings and iterate on.

What if my catalog data is messy?

Totally normal. Send whatever you have — a PDF catalog, an Excel export, even a link to your current site. We extract what we can. Messy data is the reality we handle every day.

See your business running on a real B2B platform.

One brief from you. One week from us. One live demo, plus the recording and docs to keep.
